Hello! Thank you for your interest in joining the Wellspring team as the Environmental Services Coordinator.

When you join our team as the Environmental Services Coordinator, you'll be part of a team of housekeeping and maintenance supportive staff and administrative professionals who are committed to supporting our staff in their work of serving seniors, children and families at Wellspring.
In this position, you'll bring your high school diploma or equivalent and you will have a comprehensive mechanical and electrical knowledge and working knowledge of other trades such as plumbing, carpentry, etc.
You'll also bring 5+ years of on-the-job experience working in these related trades and within a supervisor/leadership capacity.
As the Environmental Services Coordinator you will:
Create and maintain inventory and replacement schedule of all capital equipment for
each Site including:Age of equipment, useful life, amount of repair work performed over past five years, expected replacement date
Assist Site Environmental Supervisors in capital replacement projects such as: Make recommendations regarding replacement or repair, assist with obtaining three bids, review bids, choose appropriate bid and approve scope of work, project manage until complete
Ensure all preventative maintenance programs are completed as outlined
Project manage all renovation and new construction projects such as: Attend all project progress meetings, approve change orders, approve draw requests
Maintain building plans for all ministry sites
Evaluate existing MIOSHA/Safety programs create and implement corporate wideprogram
Participate in quality reviews at each ministry site for Environmental and Life Safety Code concerns - ensure all LSC citations are appropriately corrected
Assist in annual capital budget process
Ability to understand technical language and manuals used to install and repair machinery and equipment
