*Double A has an opportunity for a proficient and organized Administrative Assistant who is looking to become apart of the Double A team as it continues to grow.
* The Administrative Assistant will perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities and aide the CEO in facilitating the efficient operation of the organization.
*AA’s responsibilities *(include but are not limited to): · Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing emails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf.
· Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records · Performing minor accounting duties · Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, as well as coordinating and booking travel arrangements, etc.
· Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner.
· Managing the executive’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters.
· Works closely and effectively with the CEO to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
· Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
· Be easily accessible for after-hour travel, scheduling, and other needs.
*Skills: * · Time management and ability to meet deadlines · Verbal and written communication skills · Strong and organizational skills and ability to multitask · Problem-solving and decision making · Interpersonal skills · Proficient in Microsoft Office · Ability to take initiative, anticipate needs, and exercise independent / sound judgement.
· Knowledgeable in MAC / Apple Product systems, office gadgets and applications (i.
e e-calendars, copy machines, printers, etc · Knowledge with website building, monitoring, SEO *Requirements: * · Minimum of 3 years office experience.
· High School diploma required · Associates or Bachelor’s degree - preferred.
