*Position Purpose:*
The purpose of this position is to educate, supervise and insure the well-being of the children at all times, being alert for the needs and/or problems of the individual child as well as the group.
*Cooperative Relationships:* There is a consistent interaction with children, parents/guardians and staff.
Our goal is to maintain positive working conditions and relationships.
*Qualifications/Requirements:*
* High School Diploma or GED, CDA credential preferred
* Experience working with children
* 18 years of age or older
* Good organizational skills
* Positive attitude and good judgment
* Ability to perform job responsibilities
* Ability to communicate in written and verbal form
* CPR (Infant, Child and Adult) and First Aid
* TB and Fingerprinting required ( employee responsible for cost)
This job may require first aid treatments, which cause exposure to blood, bodily fluids and/or other infectious materials.
This job requires frequent bending and lifting up to 40 lbs.
Bending and squatting are also necessary for this job.
