As an *independent contractor*, you are not being hired by *UPS Supply Chain Solutions*.

*Flexible schedule *- As a Same Day Delivery Driver, you have the flexibility to choose your own schedule.
Great for retirees, students, and others needing flexible hours.
*Contract Rate: *$22.
00 base rate for the first 20 miles and then $1.
10 for each mile over 20 miles.
_*Additional compensation for nights, weekends, and holidays.

You Should Have the Following:
* Be knowledgeable of the local area
* *A Dependable Vehicle*
* *Willing to provide proof of Identification* - 2 forms of ID (Drivers License, Social Security Card, Birth Certificate, and/or Passport)
* Proof of Insurance (bodily injury liability of $100,000 per person and $300,000 per incident and $50,000 property damage liability is required)
* *A good DMV record *- (*ANY traffic violation involving intoxication* *will automatically be rejected*)
* Smartphone w/ a minimum of 3G capability and is either an Android (*EXCEPT LG*) or an iPhone
* *A Business License* (required - it can be the most basic business license your city, local or state government issues.
