```Duties```
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for preschool children
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play-based learning
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect and cooperation
- Use effective behavior management techniques to encourage positive behavior and address challenging behaviors
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to support each child's individual needs and development
- Maintain accurate records of each child's progress and communicate regularly with parents/guardians
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in the classroom
```Qualifications```
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; CDA, associate's, or bachelor's degree in early childhood education or related field preferred
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children in a classroom or group setting
- Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices
- Familiarity with early literacy education, math concepts, and early intervention strategies
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
- ABILTY TO EFFECTIVELY MANAGE A CLASSROOM ENVIRONMENT AND ENGAGE STUDENTS IN LEARNING ACTIVITIES
-Starting pay is $12.
After the first month, when effective, management & programming skills are shown, then pay will go to $14
