Required Qualifications:
Successful coaching experience at the high school level or above.
HPSD certified professional educators desired but not required.
HPSD certified staff will be given first consideration (automatic interview).
Strong knowledge of football strategies, techniques, and rules.
Effective leadership and communication skills

Job Requirements, Knowledge, and Skills:
Comprehensive Program Management: Oversee player development, strategic game planning, and maintain alignment with the school’s athletic objectives.
Player and Team Development: Enhance player skills and team dynamics, including academic support and off-field character growth.
Your role will involve nurturing each player's athletics and personal growth, ensuring they reach their full potential.
Commitment to Program Development in the Off-Season: Conduct dynamic practice sessions and implement successful game strategies while showing a strong dedication to advancing the football program year-round.
This includes planning and implementing off-season weight/speed training, personal development programs, staff development, coaching philosophy, and strategy for the upcoming season.
Leadership and Communication: Serve as a mentor, uphold a positive team culture, and ensure effective communication within the football program and school community.
Your positive attitude will be crucial in creating a supportive and energetic team environment.
A successful candidate will be able to:
Elevate athlete performance through expert coaching and mentorship.
Foster a cohesive, disciplined team environment, balancing athletics with academic achievements.
Adapt and respond effectively to game situations and team needs.

Salary: As per negotiated district contract.
