I would consider everything to be in good condition with a few imperfections as far as appearance.
Everything is solid, well constructed and will last years to come.
I would recommend at least 2 movers for the table.
It’s very heavy.
Everything has been sanitized and moved to the garage for easy pickup.
My husband can assist.
