SERVICES WE OFFER
Home cleaning- PRICING $50-$125.
Which consist dusting, wiping down all hard surfaces, dishes, sweep and mop hard surfaced floors, vacuum and cleaning of the all bathrooms.
Home Sanitizing- PRICING $200-$400 Sanitizing removes most germs, dirt, and impurities from all surfaces.
Moving furniture, cleaning air refutes and all registers.
We use a lot of natural sanitizing products.
We believe it reduces germs levels in a more environmentally friendly manner.
We always sanitize staying up to public health codes or regulations which are considered safe.
Sanitizing is done with weaker bleach solutions or sanitizing sprays.
Unless client has a specific preference.
Windows-PRICING$65-$125.
Clean windows inside and out.
We don’t just stop at the glass part.
We make sure window frames moldings and panels are free of dirts and grime.
Leaving windows looking sparkling and refreshing.
Carpet Cleaning- If the carpet is in rough shape we can make it look brand new with out using harsh chemicals and scrubbing so hard the carpet loses texture.
We come in and clear out one room at a time recommending our client stay on site so they may see the transformation, and for the protection of client property.

Hardwood faux wood- Sanitizing using steam, to not ruin the natural wood.
Then we come back with a Murphy Oil leaving the wood surfaces looking sleek and shiny.
Staining upon request.
Lawn Care $30-$70/cut trim and blower.
Extra yard maintenance upon client request.
Pressure Washing- $65-80 Exterior house.
$25-$60 Detached Garage $15-$35 Sheds.
$50-$100 Driveways-Sidewalks
$25 We will also wash your vehicles, detailing inside and out on all vehicles.
Discounts on multiple vehicles.
Painting-$25-$100.
Paint projects will have to be seen and quoted on the type of work that needs to be prepped before painting.
We are not a “just paint over it” type of place.
Demolition- $100-$350 All demolition jobs are subject to inspection by inspectors before we may start.
Making sure all codes are properly up to date.
All demo jobs will need to looked at before we can give a final estimate.
Relocation services- $20 a room.
Using vans and proper covering and equipment keeping everything safe and sound.
