*Job Title:* RN Float position
*Education: *Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
*Licensure/Registry/Certification: *
* RN, currently licensed in Michigan.
* CPR certification, we provide if needed.
* Valid MI driver's license with insurance and dependable vehicle.
*Requirements:*
* Flexibility to work in various areas of Great Lakes PACE depending on the need.
Areas can include: clinic, day center, home visits or assisted living visits.
* Extensive RN experience with at least 1 year experience working with the frail and elderly population.
*Responsibilities:*
* Assessments, planning of care, evaluations and implementing and/or managing care.
* Home visits, and day center duties.
Duties can include, administering medications, wound care, injections, reading TB tests and assessing participants complaining of illness.
* Leadership- delegates nursing care to the appropriate personnel, integrates cost effective measures, recognizes unit problems and takes responsibility.
Complies with hospital expectations.
