Hours: Full time.
Outpatient.
Days.
On Call Inpatient Weekends/Holiday Rotation.

Hills and Dales Healthcare is seeking two (2) full time Physical Therapists within our Rehab departments.
One for Cass City Rehab and one for Caro Rehab.
We are looking for those who have a great attitude to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals who are constantly striving to provide the highest quality of services for our patient.
REQUIREMENTS:
Graduate from an accredited PT school
Physical Therapist license in the state of Michigan
Great attitude and engages patients with a smile
Team player and problem solver
Ability to positively interact at all levels of the organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES: The primary purpose of this position is the individual Will be responsible for providing and supervising professional physical therapy and rehabilitation services, including evaluation and treatment, in both inpatient and outpatient settings within Hills & Dales Healthcare.
