Summary
Hemlock Semiconductor has multiple positions available for Cleanroom Operators.
This position is a direct-hire into HSC and will not report to a temp agency.
Pay starts at $19.
69/hr with the opportunity for advancement.
Upon completion of training and certification, the Cleanroom Operator will rotate between various jobs such as breaking, packaging, labeling, and sealing of hyper-pure polysilicon.

Essential Functions
Housekeeping in multiple areas, including: Cleanroom, workstation, and lunchroom to sustain quality standards.
Operation and maintenance of manufacturing assets in a manner that adheres to all regulatory and site management systems.
Communication with opposing shift through verbal and written methods to ensure your co-workers have all necessary, relevant information to ensure successful completion of job requirements.
Recognize, react to, and escalate any abnormal conditions to management.
Participation in all required safety and training programs.
Generate and communicate ideas to improve the technology and process.
Additional Duties/Responsibilities
First week of training is 40 hours, on day shift Monday-Friday.
The position then transitions to a 12-hour-per-shift 2-3-2 schedule with a rotating shift, alternating between days and nights every two weeks.
This involves working every other weekend.
The Cleanroom Operator is a key member of a high-performing team essential for breaking down and packaging hyper-pure polysilicon using hand tools to meet customer specification.
The expectation is that tasks are completed as defined by established work instructions and standards to ensure safe and effective operation.
Education Requirements
High School Diploma or GED is required.
