Insurance Account Manager

_*Growing Independent Insurance Agency is seeking a well organized, highly detailed Personal Lines Account Manager.
The job includes being responsible for providing customer service to our clients, coordinating work within the office, responding to inquiries or requests for information and reporting pertinent information to the supervisor.
Candidates must be willing to work out of any agency location.
*_ _*RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE*_ -Receive and process service requests, including but not limited to, claims, policy endorsements, cancellations, billing and identification card issuance.
-Thoroughly and accurately document activity in our agency management system.
-Review insurance company communications daily.
-Review account renewals and endorsements for accuracy.
-Complete billing procedure for account transactions.
-Provide administrative support as requested by producers and other team members.
-Actively listen and identify client needs in regards to their Personal Insurance.
_*QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS*_ *_-_*Two year college degree in related field or equivalent experience preferred.
-Licensed insurance broker or ability and willingness to obtain license within one year.
-Proven customer service skills.
-Excellent phone skills, organizational skills, knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office.
-Ability to work within a team environment.
-Ability to self-direct the completion of job duties.
-Previous experience using an agency management system preferred.
-Able to effectively multi-task, including using multiple software applications.
-Strong technical skills including coverage terms & conditions.
-Critical thinking skills and having the ability to resolve issues or offer solutions with a high degree of accuracy and focus on customer service and risk management.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.
00 - $18.
