Our office in Caro is small but growing and need an outgoing and motivated individual who will contribute to our development and be a part of our success.
As a Medical Assistant you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
You will support patients through patient care management, organization, and communication.
Additionally, you will increase Covid-19 and Flu testing awareness through engaging social interaction and local marketing.
The target is to complete all activities accurately, with high quality and in a timely manner while contributing to Covid-19 and Flu testing awareness and numbers.
Medical background *not required* but helpful.
Willing to train the right candidate.
This position is 18-22 hours per week.
*Responsibilities*
* Organize and schedule appointments
* Prepare and clean treatment rooms and medical instruments
* Raise awareness about free Covid-19 and Flu testing
* Meet weekly testing targets through focused marketing efforts
* Perform COVID-19 and Flu Testing (Antigen and PCR)
