McTaggart continues to grow and we’re seeking an enthusiastic and engaging Customer Service and Sales Support to join our team!
At TR McTaggart and Kristin & Co, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers on the phone, online and in person while supporting our field-based sales team members as a support from the office.
The primary responsibility will be to accurately and quickly process orders placed on our customers’ behalf by our national sales team members, sending proofs for order approvals, assisting customer and sales team inquiries, accepting payments and other administrative tasks related to resort apparel and gift sales and service.
The role involves attention to detail, effective communication, problem-solving and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Computer experience using sales and production software along with Outlook, Excel and Word are preferred.
This is a full-time position with an excellent benefits package.
