*Job Description*: Automotive Sales Professional
*Reports to*: Sales Manager
*Job Classification:* Full Time
*Work Schedule:* Dealership Hours are 8:30 am-6:00 pm- Monday-Friday, and 9:00 am-2:00 pm Saturday.
Position is scheduled 40-48 hours per week, or as dealership volume and needs dictate
*Scope of departmental work:* Automotive sales and leasing
*Compensation:* $40,000 to $150,000 annually, commiserate with experience.
We offer a very competitive base pay with commission scale.
*Responsibilities:*
* Build lasting relationships with new and existing guests to create customers for life
* Demonstrate and explain features and benefits of vehicles to guests
* Assist guests through the automotive buying and leasing process
* Work closely with sales managers to calculate and quote pricing given accurate information
* Correctly gather information for the finance department including credit applications
* Perform follow up to ensure guest satisfaction and referrals
* Build and maintain excellent working relationships with sales staff, office staff, and managers
* Other duties as assigned
* Maintain valid driver license
