BDC/TEC Center Representative

Do you have outstanding communication skills, strong attention to detail and an outgoing personality? If so you'd be a great candidate for this position! Our BDC/TEC Team is responsible for handling phone and internet inquiries through the TEC Center, including prompt responses to leads, maximizing number of appointments, updating CRM software, making sure all websites are up-to-date and providing updates to the dealership management.
We're looking for an individual with - * Exceptional verbal and written communication skills * Attention to detail * Reliable with the ability to focus in a busy work environment * An outgoing personality * Previous sales experience is not required * Previous customer service or phone experience is helpful Please Note: For insurance reasons potential candidates will need to pass a drug screen.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $30,000.
00 - $40,000.
