*Responsibilities:*
* Selling new and used vehicles to our customers using the Richardson business process
* Greet all customers entering the building and on the lot
* Provide information on various makes and models, both new and used, to customers
* Communicate/keep in contact with customers via phone, email, and text before and after the sale
* Assist with the delivery process by preparing paperwork and gathering documents from the customer (i.
e.
drivers license and insurance)
* Work towards a team goal as well as personal goals
* Assist with maintaining the lot/vehicles throughout the seasons
*Job Requirements*
* Preferably have at least 1 year of experience in sales
* Must have a valid driver’s license
* Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information
* Knowledge in some aspects of vehicles (make, models, and options) is preferred
* A fast learner with excellent oral and written communication skills
* Must be a helpful Team Player
* Maintain a neat, clean and orderly appearance and work station
* Basic computer literacy is preferred
