Marketing Manager

As the Marketing Manager at Sunrise Family Credit Union, you are responsible for leading the marketing, community impact, and brand/growth strategies that drive member engagement while meeting Credit Union sales and growth objectives.
Responsibilities for this role will include directing and developing the implementation of the CU marketing strategy, conducting market research, pricing distribution, and product performance.
Working with internal and external teams to promote the credit union brand and complete projects.
Must be able to create and manage digital campaigns across multiple platforms and utilize data metrics to measure the effectiveness of our marketing.
Continuously work to improve and maintain our brand throughout the various channels of marketing.
Qualifications for this position include having a clear understanding of various marketing channels for the Credit Union, have a high proficiency in Microsoft Office, ability to use online and mobile technologies, understand the direct marketing strategies, necessary tactics, and execute content creation is required.
Strategic and analytical thinking required.
Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrate strong leadership.
Higher level of education in marketing or 3 years of experience in similar roles.
