*POSITION CONCEPT:*
Provide support to grant team through the completion of clerical tasks, research, and recognition as it pertains to the grants and foundations of the Council.
This position will refine the grant and foundations team in cultivating relationships with our funders.
*PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:*
· Process payments and pledges from grants and foundations into the Blackbaud CRM system, and any additional follow up per individual foundation.
· Develop year-round message calendar for recognizing funders through donor newsletters and social media.
· Develop evaluation surveys and methods for measuring impact of our programs to provide to grants and foundations team, including, but not limited to: Scoutreach, Camp Impact Report, and annual reports.
· Provide support to relationship management through such activities as but not limited to: sending thank you letters, reports and invites to cultivation events.
· Provide support to grant reporting by collecting data points and success stories from stakeholders.
· Maintain data base of donor information and progress.
*OTHER RELATED ACTIVITIES (Special Responsibilities): *
· Any other duties as assigned through the supervisor.
*MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:*
Strong self-motivator desired.
Non-profit, data processing or marketing experience is a plus.
Excellent people skills, enthusiastic, punctual, responsible, and creative.
Committed to personal and professional productivity, while maintaining high ethical and professional working standards.
Blackbaud CRM or other CRM software experience preferred but not required.
*Requirements:*
· Must be willing to accept and meet the Boy Scout of America’s leadership and membership standards and subscribe to the Scout Oath and Law.
· Attained 21 years of age or older unless prohibited by any applicable law.
· Ability to work varied hours when necessary, evening activities and weekend work is sometimes required to achieve positive objectives.

*Compensation:*
$16 per hour, 20 hours per week.
