We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction.
This is a vital role in our organization, as you will be the first point of contact for our customers.
*Responsibilities:*
* Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
* Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests
* Provide product information and recommendations to customers
* Process customer orders and payments accurately
* Handle customer complaints or issues with patience and empathy
* Maintain a clean and organized work area -
* Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service
* Up-sell products or services to customers when appropriate
*Skills:*
* Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required
* Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
* Sales-driven mindset with a determination to achieve and exceed targets
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Basic math skills and proficiency in using computer systems
