Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals and objectives, including talent recruitment and talent development
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and acquisitions
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential target markets
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry professionals
- Lead the development of proposals and presentations for potential clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of business development initiatives
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities
- Provide regular reports on business development activities and progress to senior management
Skills:
- Strong data collection and analysis skills using tools such as R, SAS, or other statistical software
- Excellent mathematical skills for quantitative analysis and forecasting
- Proficient in report writing and presenting complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of market research methodologies and techniques
- Ability to identify business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Proven track record of successful business development initiatives
