Industrial Electrician

*Blue Diamond Steel Casting*, a growing foundry in Pigeon, MI, is seeking experienced Industrial Electricians.
*Requirements* * Two or more years of electrical experience in any setting * Knowledge of how to read an electrical schematic, and understand electrical controls * PLC programming skills or an understanding of PLCs is beneficial * An understanding of Variable Frequency Drives is beneficial * Prior work with electronics or power electronics is beneficial * Ability to work from an aerial platform or out of a boom lift * Must have dependable transportation and a valid driver's license * Must be able to work overtime, including weekends, as needed * Ability to make decisions in a fast-paced atmosphere * Must be self-driven and able to adapt quickly to changes * Ability to manage time appropriately between different responsibilities * Must work well with others and be a team-driven individual * Ability to collaborate with production supervisors on scheduling work to machines when needed We offer: * Medical Benefits * Dental Benefits * Vision Insurance * Flexible Spending Account * Life Insurance * 401K with matching * Shift Premium * Paid Holidays * Paid Time Off * Attendance Incentive * Weekly Pay Pay will be commensurate with experience.
