We are looking to grow our Duro-Last Roofing, Inc.
, EXCEPTIONAL Metals, and Plastatech Engineering Ltd.
facilities with motivated candidates who are eager to learn and grow within a Manufacturing environment! Starting wages range from $15.
00 to $18.
00 per hour depending on previous manufacturing experience with $1.
50 shift premium for 2nd and 3rd shift.
All hourly employees receive WEEKLY PAY!!
Position Responsibilities:
Production Associates will be assisting their fellow team members in:
Making a high-quality product, free of defects, to fulfill customers’ needs and expectations.
Learn all the basic level tasks including how to operate production equipment and learn manufacturing procedures
Accurately complete all required production paperwork
Attend and participate in scheduled Company meetings including all plant, production, and safety meetings
Keep work area clean and neat to ensure there are no safety hazards and that the area is presentable for guests
All other duties as assigned
Position Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED is required
At least 18 years of age
Able to work in a team and have initiative to get the job done
Must be able to pass a pre-hire drug screen, physical, and background check
Bend, push, carry, lift up to 50 pounds
Available to work up to a 12-hour shift and weekends when necessary
Must have open availability to work any shift
Previous manufacturing experience is highly desired
