As a Sealcoating/Linestriping specialist, you will be responsible for operating equipment and performing various tasks related to sealcoating and pavement maintenance.
This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.
Responsibilities: - Operate heavy equipment such as but not limited to front loader trucks, dump trucks, linestriping equipment, crack router and filler units.
- Perform utility locating to ensure safe operation of equipment - Prepare surfaces for parkinglot maintenance by cleaning, filling cracks, and repairing damaged areas - Apply sealcoat using appropriate techniques and equipment - Ensure proper preparation techniques for project completion - Direct traffic and maintain safety protocols during maintenance operations - Perform routine quality inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance - Assist with other construction tasks as needed Experience: - Required, drivers license - Proven experience in sealcoating and pavement maintenance preferred but not required - Knowledge of utility locating procedures and safety protocols - Familiarity with sealcoating techniques and materials preferred but not required - Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately - Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work Skills: - Heavy equipment operation - Utility locating - Pavement maintenance - Sealcoating techniques - Attention to detail If you are a skilled Sealcoating professional looking for a challenging opportunity with room for growth, we encourage you to apply.
