*Job Description*· * Physical location part-time * Monitoring the progress of activities * Identify quality problems * Ensuring that the Quality Control Plan is maintained * Reporting to senior management on the performance of the Quality Control Plan, including needed improvements * Performing corrective actions * Responsible for performing all preventive maintenance work related to plumbing, architectural, and minor electrical assets as described on the asset list preventive maintenance plan * Responsible for having materials and tools onsite and in advance for the preventive maintenance * Responsible for responding to urgent tenant or GSA issues and coordinating resolution with the Supervisor * Responsible of the filling of the work orders/ inspection forms and preventive maintenance checklist related to plumbing electrical and architectural work * Responsible for completing work orders / preventive maintenance checklist for equipment not necessarily under its primary duties if deemed necessary by the corporation * Responsible for following the Quality Control program *Requirements: *Journeyman License of the state of Michigan *Salary:* $31.
