Position Summary: The Master Scheduler is responsible for Managing the Master Production Schedule that is used to align materials.
Production Capacities, and Resources that ensure our ability to meet agreed upon Schedules for our Customer commitments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Maintain and monitor the data integrity and accuracy in MRP/ERP, specifically planning parameters.
Also providing oversight to the MRP Purchasing Parameters.
Establish and validate master data including demand and planning time fences, frozen and forecast.
Tracking actual verses plan and working cross-functionally to deploy risk mitigation and/or tactical countermeasures.
Producing a Plan for every Part, to establish control and support execution.
Track and monitor’s inventory, including cycle counts.
Develop annual, quarterly, and monthly schedules that are used by Production Planners and Purchasing to schedule incoming materials and Production Schedules.
Interfaces with manufacturing personnel, the purchasing department and supervisors on material status and production planning issues.
AS required own and deploy Line of Balances for internal and external requirements.
Develop and Run KPIs to ensure effective Planning and Production processes.
Ensure uniformity in the classification of Inventory (Finished Goods, Semi-Finished Goods, Components and Raw Material) Requirements: Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

A Master Scheduler must be familiar with business operations, such as Production schedules, MRP Build Schedules, sales procedures, order processing, and accounting practices.

Person Associate degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, related field, or 5 years of experience in master scheduling Previous scheduling experience in manufacturing environment A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook Experience working in a MRP (preferably D365) Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills Language, Math, and Reasoning Ability: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, drawings, set-up sheets, travelers, procedure manuals and government regulations.
Computer Skills: Must be able to use the computer and computer software as required by job.
