Inventory and Purchasing Specialist

Job Title: Inventory and Purchasing Specialist Company: BCubed Manufacturing LLC Location: Alpena, Michigan *Pay: $17 - $22 per hour dependent upon experience.
* *Responsibilities:* · Set up inventory control procedures.
· Manage all incoming and outgoing stock.
· Verify daily stock levels.
· Generate purchase orders based on production forecasting and lead times.
· Perform regular cycle counts and reports adjustments.
· Schedule quarterly and annually full inventory counts.
· Maximize efficiency and optimize workflow to decrease operational costs.
· Communicate with suppliers to achieve the best product quality, pricing, and delivery.
· Communicate with management regarding processes, discrepancies, and forecasting.
*Qualifications:* · At least three years of inventory and purchasing experience.
· Excellent communication skills with suppliers, delivery services, and co-workers.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Strong organizational skills.
· Operate a forklift.
· Lift up to 50 pounds.
· Proficient with Microsoft 365.
· Proficient with Quickbooks Online (preferred) · Valid Driver’s License.
