Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Landscape Supervisor to join our team.
As a Landscape Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and leading a crew in various landscaping projects.
Your expertise in lawn care, garden maintenance, and landscape construction will contribute to the success of our projects.
Duties:
- Supervise and lead a crew of landscapers in daily operations
- Plan and execute landscape projects, including lawn care, garden maintenance, and landscape construction
- Maintain and operate landscaping equipment and tools
- Irrigate lawns and gardens as needed
- Provide guidance and training to crew members on proper landscaping techniques
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide recommendations
- Oversee tree care activities, including pruning, trimming, and removal
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, weeding, and mulching
- Assist in the design and installation of landscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls
Skills:
- Strong leadership skills to effectively supervise a crew
- Extensive knowledge of lawn care, garden maintenance, and landscape construction techniques
- Proficiency in operating landscaping equipment and tools
