Rehabilitation Director

NEMROC, Inc.
, an Alpena based manufacturing company that specializes in employing people with disabilities, is looking for qualified candidates for the position of Rehabilitation Director.
This position is responsible for: Bridging the manufacturing and vocational rehab components together through working with employees and staff to meet individual’s rehabilitation goals and company production goals.
To act as an in house Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Providing appropriate advocacy and case management to the employees.
Maintaining of records and files pertinent to the disability diagnosis of each employee according to Ability One standards.
Overseeing of the Rehabilitation department consisting of 2coordinators and approximately 12 job coaches.
Responsible for all service contracts within the Supported Employment program.
Management of the Community Mental Health contract.
Advocating and promoting a healthy life for all individuals working at NEMROC.
Seeking funding to promote healthy options for employees.
Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred in the field of psychology, counseling, or social work.
Pay commensurate on experience.
Competitive pay and benefits package provided.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.
00 - $65,000.
