Quality Inspector

```Duties``` - Perform quality inspections on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure compliance with company standards and customer specifications.
- Analyze and interpret quality data to identify trends, root causes, and areas for improvement.
- Conduct quality audits to assess adherence to FDA regulations and CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments and equipment to verify product dimensions and specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Fabricate and maintain quality control documentation, including inspection reports, non-conformance reports, and quality records.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
```Qualifications``` - Proven experience in quality assurance or quality control role.
- Strong knowledge of QA/QC principles, methods, and practices.
- Familiarity with precision measuring instruments and their proper use.
- Understanding of FDA regulations and CGMP guidelines.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
