Landscaper

The landscaper is responsible for assisting in various landscaping tasks, aiding in the installation and maintenance of outdoor spaces.
The ideal candidate should have a passion for landscaping, a willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities: · Assist in landscape installations including planting, mulching, and minor hardscape construction.
· Aid in the maintenance of landscapes by mowing, pruning, weeding, watering, and fertilizing as directed.
· Operate landscape tools and equipment under guidance and maintain them properly.
· Learn and apply landscaping techniques and best practices.
· Follow safety protocols and regulations while working on job sites.
· Support team members in various landscaping activities as needed.
· Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications: · High school diploma or equivalent.
· Previous experience in landscaping or outdoor work is advantageous but not required.
· Experience with skid steer and driving with a trailer · Physical ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
· Ability to take direction and work effectively within a team.
· Willingness to follow safety guidelines and procedures.
· Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
· Valid driver’s license.
