This position is located at GCC’s cement manufacturing plant in Odessa, TX.

Experience and abilities you will need:
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working as a shift supervisor or control room leader at a cement manufacturing plant to be considered.
• Will need to be able to cover PTO as needed.
• Will need to be able to work on 12 hour rotating shift.
• Associates or technical degree (2 years) desired.
• Strong working knowledge of Safety/MSHA.
• Team leadership skills.
Annual Salary Range = $95,000 to $115,000
What you will do:
Coordinates activities of workers engaged in the monitoring of the control panel, which includes making necessary adjustments to the kiln’s raw and finish grinding, and the material handling systems.
This is a working lead position that supports the Production Manager in all aspects of operations.
Must be able to take appropriate action under abnormal and emergency conditions.
