Water well drilling laborer/service tech helper

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Laborer/Helper to join our team.
The ideal candidate will assist with various tasks related to water trucks, oil and gas operations, and heavy equipment operations.
Duties: - Support in operating water trucks, tankers, and heavy equipment as needed - Assist in drilling water wells and servicing water wells - Follow safety protocols and OSHA guidelines at all times - Utilize mechanical knowledge to aid in equipment maintenance and repairs - Assist with building and digging tasks on-site - Work closely with commercial drivers to ensure efficient operations Experience: - Prior experience in commercial driving or tanker operations is preferred - Mechanical knowledge for maintenance tasks is a plus - Familiarity with heavy equipment operation, particularly Caterpillar machinery, is beneficial - Ability to work in outdoor environments and handle physically demanding tasks This position offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the water well industry while contributing to essential operations.
