Job Description SK Siltron CSS has an exciting opportunity at the Auburn and Bay City Sites in MI for a Crystal Growth Process Engineer.
These roles require occasional off-hour support when necessary.
Successful candidates must be willing to relocate to Michigan.
Engineers with advanced degrees and/or extensive experience will qualify for more advanced roles.
Key responsibilities include: Improve productivity and yield through data analysis, yield enhancement, and variability reduction projects Own and troubleshoot yield deviations, tool, or process excursions in a fast and timely manner Documentation: maintain tool history, update operating procedures, and document changes Provide technical leadership to the junior members of the team Required and Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors in the following: any Engineering discipline, Chemistry, Physics, Material Science Minimum 2 years relevant experience (Thin Film, Crystal Growth, PVT, induction heating advantageous) Benefits: In addition to your competitive salary, as an SK Siltron CSS employee, you are eligible to participate in our extraordinary benefits package which includes a generous PTO and holiday allowance, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans with no employee premium, and an exceptional 401k plan with auto-enrollment and employer matching.
