Job Summary: Through a detailed understanding of the factory objectives and extensive collaboration with internal and external teams, you will take the ownership of maintaining and improving the production equipment of our manufacturing line.

SK Siltron CSS is a demanding and fast-paced environment where you will work on critical subsystems of an incredibly exciting product.
Responsibilities: Diagnose, investigate, trouble shoot, and identify equipment problems and failures, and implement corrective actions.
Define, schedule, and implement PMs Improve and upgrade current equipment design and units.
Implement new solutions in prototype and capacity expansion projects Identify and implement calibration tools and procedures to ensure equipment performance and accuracy.
Lead equipment and capacity expansion project from design, outsource coordination, final design reviewing, components procurement, final assembling, installation, and test run.
Train and mentor operators and technicians in crystal growth area Improved seed selection process and documentations Qualifications: 7 plus years’ manufacturing environment with process/equipment sustain role is required, commensurate with experience.
Previous experience with semiconductor manufacturing environment with process/equipment sustaining role is desired.
Facilitative leadership, interpersonal and teamwork skills to work effectively within the highly motivated and self-directed team.
Broad range of technical skills and knowledge, including engineering, process control, mechanical and electrical equipment and system, troubleshooting, process cooling and extrusion.
High initiative, sense of urgency, and bias for action.
Ability to leverage knowledge to achieve overall business objectives.
Good organization skills and discipline.
Education: Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical, Materials Science, Electrical or Mechanical engineering is preferred.
