Kable Landscaping is looking to add a *landscape foreman*.
We are a full service landscaping company offering design, installation, and maintenance.
We have been serving the mid-Michigan area since 1993 with a solid reputation for consistency and quality.
*DESCRIPTION OF THE LANDSCAPE FOREMAN'S DUTIES*
* Organize and prepare necessary equipment for projects
* Schedule and organize materials for jobs
* Lay out materials per a landscape plan
* Problem solve and make necessary changes to jobs in progress
* Communicate information with the designer, office, and client regarding the project
* Supervise a crew generally consisting of 1-3 team members
* Other projects and tasks as required or directed by management
*QUALIFICATIONS OF THE LANDSCAPE FOREMAN*
* *Valid Michigan driver's license*
* *Previous experience in the landscape contracting field*
* *Experience running tractors, skid loaders, mini excavators, grading equipment, etc.
*
* Knowledge of plant identification
* Familiarity with generally accepted installation methods for various landscaping materials
* Experience in grading, hydroseeding, hardscaping, irrigation, and all other aspects of landscape installation
* Clean driving record
* Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, if requested
* A positive attitude and desire to contribute to a team oriented workplace
*COMPENSATION / BENEFITS*
* *$18+ per hour, dependent on experience and qualifications*
* *Gross weekly pay can exceed $900 *
