Nathan Smith Builders Framing Carpenter Nathan Smith Builders is currently seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team.
Specializing in high-quality construction services, we are looking for an individual who can fabricate, construct, and repair structural woodwork and wood products.
The successful candidate will follow blueprints, drawings, and oral instructions, utilizing carpentry tools and equipment to ensure the completion of projects to specifications.
Responsibilities: Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and sketches to understand project specifications.
Selecting and evaluating materials for defects and compliance with specifications Constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures such as windows and doors.
Measuring, cutting, and shaping wood, plastic, and other materials.
Safely operating hand and power tools to complete projects with precision.
Collaborating with other construction workers to ensure projects are completed efficiently and accurately.
Adhering to safety and quality standards and regulations.
Qualifications: Proven experience in Framing Carpentry.
Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
Strong knowledge of Framing techniques and methods, as well as woodworking Excellent understanding of building materials and their properties Ability to read technical documents and drawings.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.
Salary and Benefits: Full Time Salary at $17 - $25 per hour, commensurate with experience.
