Nationwide General Contractor based in Roseville, MI, is seeking Commercial Construction superintendent in the Midland, MI, area.
As a superintendent you must be a very dedicated professional leader who takes ownership of your responsibilities and goes above and beyond to exceed goals for customer satisfaction.
Qualified candidates are able to influence others, lead others and create a team-oriented environment.
You must be able to direct and schedule multiple trades, read blueprints, keep up on daily and weekly reports, maintain a high level of communication, meet quality control standards, maintain job site binders, update and finalize as-builts and prepare job closeout documents.
Pay based upon experience.
Our company does remodel, buildouts, new construction and tenant improvement work with Walmart, Burger King, Taco Bell, Little Caesars, Jiffy Lube, Wendy's, Sam's Club, Family Dollar, Dollar Tree, along with many others.
Previous work experience with these companies is a plus.
Other requirements of the superintendent role include:
* Excellent computer skills, including MS-Excel, Word and Outlook; Procore knowledge a plus.
* Ability to adapt to changing demands and priorities.
