Concrete Mixer Truck Driver

*Concrete Mixer Truck Driver Job Summary* The primary duty of this position is safe and efficient operation of a concrete mixer truck to and from customer job sites.
While having experience in concrete work is not necessary, we do prefer that you have experience in a similar job, such as a commercial truck driver or any position in which you are responsible for operating trucks or equipment.
This is a full time, seasonal role Must be able to successfully pass drug and alcohol screen and clearinghouse inquiry *Driver Duties and Responsibilities* * Drive concrete to specific job site on time and as ordered * Discharge the mixed concrete as directed * Inspect mixer truck for mechanical issues and communicate findings * Wash and maintain truck in accordance with company standards and procedures * Monitor various gauges and indicators during operation of vehicle and properly report abnormalities or areas of concern * Collect payment from customers and record transactions * Complete delivery ticket information accurately and completely *Driver Requirements and Qualifications* * High school diploma or GED certificate (preferred) * CDL A or B license * DOT medical card * Ability to lift and handle chutes weighting up to 50lbs * Willingness to work Saturdays and long shifts during peak season * Ability to frequently climb ladders * Trucking experience (preferred) * Concrete work experience (preferred) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.
