Roofing Project Manager

PROJECT MANAGER We are looking for a highly motivated and self-driven project manager to join our team based out of our Saginaw location.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: · Works with Production manager to ensure ordered materials are correct.
· Create an open line of communication with customers throughout the project.
· Hourly inspections of work quality from subcontractors/crew leader · Make or delegate corrections to work quality.
· Manage material needs and returns with documentation.
· Communication with office team on progression of job.
· Delegate trailer delivery and pick up for each job.
· Perform final walk arounds and inspections on every job.
· Collect final payments and complete job folders for every job.
Preferred experience: · High school or equivalent experience in roofing and/ or light construction · A valid driver’s license a must, chauffer’s license preferred.
· Ability to communicate with customers and co-workers.
· Must be able to work outdoors in adverse weather conditions.
· Must be able to climb onto and walk on multiple roofing pitches.
· Must be able to lift, pull and push 75+ pounds.
· Ability to perform basic math and problem solving techniques.
Pay / Benefits · $800 per week salary · Full time Monday – Friday.
Late days and weekends in busy season · Simple IRA with company match available after 90 days of employment.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $41,600.
