About the Role:
Location: Saginaw, Michigan (Hybrid)*

As a Legal Analyst at Morley in Saginaw, Michigan, you'll report to the General Counsel and work in a variety of areas across the organization, with initial focus in two general areas:
Office of the General Counsel
Compliance and ESG (environmental, social and corporate practices)
In this role, you'll work directly with the General Counsel / Compliance Officer and the Vice President of Enterprise Systems to progressively take on more legal responsibility.
As part of your duties, you will work with some of the top corporations in the world and have an opportunity to learn and advise across multiple business lines.
What You'll Do General Counsel’s office: Provide legal support across all areas of the organization Oversee the Contracts Management System, which includes analyzing, tagging and reporting on all types of contracts across the firm Support compliance efforts, including client audits, CMS regulatory requirements for the health care industry and government contracting Assist with vendor management, data privacy and employment law projects and issues Enterprise Service Group (ESG) / sustainability efforts: Administer and support management systems and client audits in the following areas: environment, social, ethics and sustainable procurement Coordinate information that needs to be transparently reported through audits and industry-driven, online self-assessment questionnaires Help review and make recommendations for policies and procedures to support Morley’s efforts in these areas Track information, coordinate training and report performance of company policies, processes and results, including code of conduct, human rights, health and safety, business ethics and environmental impact *Hybrid Schedule Hours Full-time position Flexibility to reduce hours during the school year for candidates in law school Hybrid role Work partly from home and partly on site at our Saginaw, Michigan, campus While this is the normal work model for this role, we can make alternate arrangements depending on the situation at the time Work location when on site: Corporate office in Saginaw Township, close to shopping and restaurants Friendly, casual environment Access to our café and free on-site workout facility Perks like company activities and tickets to local events Questions Before You Apply?
