Work you'll do
As a Senior Consultant in Legal Business Services supporting our Contract Lifecycle Management practice, you will work with a team of experienced professionals to help clients transform and efficiently manage all aspects of the contract lifecycle, leveraging artificial intelligence, machine learning, and other technologies as needed.
You will provide insight and direction into service delivery, assisting with project management and execution.
Specific responsibilities may include:
Lead and/or support key portions of Icertis client engagements, while reporting to project leadership
Lead client interviews and oversee information gathering
Create, prepare, and maintain project status and reports
Analyze and document processes and workflow
Apply technical and analytical skills to solve issues
Compile findings and recommendations
Lead preparation of project deliverables
Lead preparation of and/or contribute to executive-level presentations and materials
Develop and maintain working relationships with client stakeholders
Supervise and train project associates
The desired candidate is professional and self-motivated with strong written and oral communication skills.
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelors degree with 5+ years of relevant work experience
3+ years of experience in the areas of Contract Lifecycle Management(CLM)including, Contract Data Migration, Template Rationalization, Contract Processes, and CLM Technologies
CLM Implementation Experience with one or more of the following Icertis, DocuSign, Ariba, Ironclad, Conga
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with senior-level stakeholders
Ability to both self-manage and work with a team to achieve project objectives
Ability to work under tight deadlines and balance and prioritize multiple responsibilities
Critical thinking skills and ability to analyze data to make informed decisions and recommendations
Proficiency in searching for meaningful patterns, trends, and relationships in data and articulating findings for simplified business understanding
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Project, and PowerPoint
Ability to travel 50%, on average based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sector you serve
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred:
Icertis Implementation Experience
Project management skills and/or basic project management experience (Scrum / AGILE a plus)
Prior experience in a professional services firm

This compensation range is specific to California, Colorado, Nevada, New York State, and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
A reasonable estimate of the current range is $ 92,981 to $163,125.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
